🏐 2025/26 Fees

Please note -- full payment of fees due November 30th, 2025

e-Transfer is our preferred method of payment. We will offer payment form options of VISA, MASTERCARD, e-transfer or cheque. Processing fees will apply to VISA & MASTERCARD payments.

Park Girls Volleyball Club Fees include the following:

  • Gym rentals for team training/practices
  • Volleyball Alberta Premier Tournaments for athletes age group
  • U14, U15, U16, U17 & U18 Nationals (team registration)
  • Up to 2 local sanctioned tournaments
  • Mental Training with ‘The Winner Will’
  • Strength Training with ‘Cross Conditioning’ (14U – 18U)
  • Balltime (hudl) Video and Analytics (15U – 18U)
  • Club group activities
  • Warm-up T-Shirt
  • Provincial T-Shirt
  • Nationals T-Shirt for all participating athletes
  • Club administration fees
  • Coaches’ Volleyball Alberta/Volleyball Canada Coach Membership fee
  • Coaches’ accommodation, transportation (mileage) and per diems for all out of town Volleyball Alberta Premier League matches
  • Coaches’ training and certification programs
  • Coaches’ honorariums

Park Girls Volleyball Club Fees DO NOT include the following:

  • Tryout Costs (PGVC Tryout Fee $20 and ‘202x Youth Development Player – Tryout’ Membership) both non-refundable
  • Volleyball Alberta/Volleyball Canada – ‘202x Youth Competitive Player – Indoor’ Membership (this is a separate fee that is required for signed athletes to complete)
  • Club Wear (optional clothing – sweatshirts, hoodies, sweats, backpacks, etc.)
  • Player costs for all age groups (accommodation, transportation & meals) for all out of town Volleyball Alberta Premier League matches
  • Any additional tournaments that each team decides to enter (entry fees, athlete travel costs, coach travel costs, etc.)

Please note the fees below are estimates for the 2025/26 season

12U projected fees: $1250 – $1,650 per athlete*

13U projected fees: $1,500 – $2,000 per athlete*

14U projected fees: $2,200 – $2,700 per athlete*

15U projected fees: $2,750 – $3,250 per athlete*

16U projected fees: $2,750 – $3,250 per athlete*

17U projected fees: $2,750 – $3,250 per athlete*

18U projected fees: $2,750 – $3,250 per athlete*

* Projected fees are based on 12 athletes per team

* Team fees ultimately are dependent on the number of athletes selected per team, as total team costs will be divided amongst each of the players on that team

*Refunds are not available after the signing date regardless of injury or any other reason an athlete may no longer be an active part of the team

Financial Assistance

Park Girls Volleyball Club fees are competitive and often less expensive than some of the more established clubs in the Edmonton area.

Organizations exist that may be able to offer financial assistance to families to cover fees and costs associated with participation in youth sport.

Please contact them directly. Regardless, full payment of fees must be received upon signing night.
