Kari Huk – 17U White – Assistant Coach
This is Kari’s first year coaching with the Park Girls Volleyball Club. She is a Certified Development Coach with Volleyball Canada and brings with her a strong background in both coaching and competitive play.
Kari has over 20 years of experience as an educator and has coached high school, club, and provincial team volleyball. Her coaching reflects a deep understanding of the game, with a focus on athlete development, teamwork, and skill refinement.
As a setter, Kari played college volleyball from 1996–2000, including one year with Medicine Hat College and three years with Grant MacEwan. During her playing career, she was part of two ACAC provincial championship teams and two CCAA bronze medals. She was also recognized as an ACAC All-Star for her performance on the court.
Kari is passionate about fostering a positive, high-performance environment where athletes can grow in both confidence and skill. She is excited to bring her energy and experience to the Park program and looks forward to supporting her athletes on and off the court.
