Mackenzie Hoppus – 13U Hoppus – Co-Coach

Mackenzie has been involved in athletics through her entire life. From gymnastics to track to swimming to volleyball, Mackenzie has done it all. She has professional experience coaching gymnastics and swimming, however her true passion is for volleyball.

Mackenzie started her volleyball career at 12 years old as an outside attacker. She played various positions on her Sherwood Heights and early club teams until settling down in the middle position for her final years of club and her three years on the Senior Women’s Volleyball team at Salisbury Composite High School.

After graduating in 2018, Mackenzie returned as an assistant coach to her high school team. She currently plays in multiple leagues within the Edmonton area and often works with Volleyball Alberta as event staff during the Premier Tournaments.

Mackenzie is excited to contribute her knowledge, passion, and energy to the team. She is committed to assisting in the development of athletes, helping them grow both as players and individuals. Mackenzie looks forward to being a part of the Park Girls Volleyball Club this season!
